Amal Jyothi College of Engineering (Autonomous) Founded in 2001 by the Catholic Diocese of Kanjirappally. Amal Jyothi is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), Kerala. It is the first new generation engineering college in Kerala with the prestigious NBA accredited departments and the first engineering college in Kerala with the recognition of 'A' grade from NAAC.

Alumni Association Amal Jyothi (AAAJ) UAE Chapter started in 2023 with a strength of over 250 members and their families. AAAJ focus on Promoting a strong relationship between the alumni and the college along with providing potential mentorship and career opportunities within UAE. This will support a network of former graduates who will, in turn, help to raise the profile of the AJCE.
Baselius College is named after its patron saint, H.H Moran Mar Baselios Geevarghese II, the late lamented Catholics of the East. This institution was established in 1964 and has grown into a great temple of higher learning in Central Kerala.

Kuriakose Elias (KE) College, Mannanam is named after Saint Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the Co-founder of the Congregation of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). The Congregation of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), one of the leading educational agencies in India, believes that education is the main spring of integral formation of the human person for the fulfillment of his/ her individual and social responsibilities. KE College was established in 1964 as a junior college and was affiliated to Kerala University and upgraded as a degree college in 1967. KE College UAE Alumni chapter formed in 2019 and now it is strengthened with 60+ members. Later it joined AKCAF and doing their best efforts to the KE College community in UAE.

N S S Hindu College Changanacherry, founded in 1947 by Bharatha Kesari Sree Mannathu Padmanabhan is one of the largest and oldest institutions of higher education in Kerala. Affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, the College was formally inaugurated by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, the then Vice President of India. The campus is housed on the extensive piece of land adjoining to the NSS headquarters in Perunna, Changanacherry. Accredited with A grade by the NAAC, the College offers 14 UG courses, 11 PG courses and 3 add-on courses along with 3 approved research centres for Zoology, Malayalam and Hindi. The college has got an Alumni Association with members in different parts of India and abroad. The UAE chapter of College Alumni was established in the year 1990. It is one of the most dynamic Alumni Associations in UAE and a very active member of AKCAF. Many of its members were the founders and the former presidents of AKCAF.

SNM College Maliankara as a higher education institution for the backward communities came into existence in the year 1964. St. Stephen’s College, the pride of Uzhavoor, was established in 1964 by His Excellency Rev. Dr. Thomas Tharayil, Bishop of Kottayam. Sri. Joseph Chazhikadan ex-MLA and Rev. Fr. Peter Uralil, the first Principal, were the guiding forces behind this noble endeavour. The NAAC granted the College an A+ Grade in 2022. Starting as a Junior College with pre degree courses, the College was upgraded to the degree level in 1968.

Narayanan’s birth place, the college has housed notable personalities like Dronacharya Prof. Sunny Thomas, former National Shooting Coach and HOD of the English Department, Politician Uzhavoor Vijayan, Ex MLA Stephen George, Kottayam M.P. Thomas Chazhikadan, and actor Lalu Alex. Stephanos – UAE, an alumni organization with fond college memories, represents St Stephen’s in the UAE.
