GEC Kozhikode (GECK) is one of the premier engineering institutions located at West Hill in Kozhikode, Kerala. Established in 1999, the college has grown to become a renowned center for technical education in the state and has earned a reputation for academic excellence and innovation. Presently, GECK provides under graduate and masters programs in all the major engineering disciplines. Geck Emirates (GeckEM), the UAE alumni chapter was formed in 2011. It has widespread wings among its members with Committees focused on different areas such as Career, Happiness, Health & Sports, Social Welfare, Music, Arts and Literature, FIRE (Financial Independence and Retire Early), and dedicated wings for the youth and ladies (called Queen Bees). GeckEM has always supported AKCAF in all their activities with energy & enthusiasm. They have been instrumental in several events, especially during floods in Kerala, Covid, iftar, to name a few.
Established in 2009 in Kalanthode, Mukkom, Calicut district, KMCT College of Engineering for Women is a prestigious institution offering a diverse range of engineering programs. Initially offered with B.Tech degrees in CE, CSE, IT, and ECE, the college now expanded its offerings to include biomedical engineering and M.Tech courses. Established under the name “KMCTCEW Emirati Cluster,” the alumni association of KMCT College of Engineering for Women has been a unifying force for graduates since its inception in 2021.

MES Institute of Technology and Management (MESITAM) is managed by the Muslim Educational Society (MES) Regd., one of the biggest educational organizations in India, overseeing hundreds of institutions. The society was founded in 1964 in Calicut under the visionary leadership of the late Dr. P.K. Abdul Ghafoor. MESITAM was established in Kollam District in 2009 and continues to strive for excellence.
MESITAM Alumni was virtually founded in 2020 by a group of aspiring and vibrant individuals and was officially inaugurated in 2024. Since its inception, we have been frequently hosting social and cultural events for our members.
National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC) is one of the 31 institutions funded by the Government of India to provide higher technical education and conduct research in the various branches of Engineering, Science, Technology and Management. Originally established in 1961 as a Regional Engineering College (REC), it was transformed into a National Institute of Technology in 2002.
NIT offers 11 UG and 29 PG programs including MBA. Doctoral level research has remarkably increased in recent times with a substantial increase in the volume of research papers and patents produced. NIT Calicut UAE Alumni is an endeavour to congregate and unify the alumni of NITCA UAE members to facilitate and promote academic and professional excellence of the alma mater through national and international cooperation and collaboration amongst its members. NIT UAE chapter was formed in 2011and organises more than 25 annual events with 5000+ executives since its inception (NIT MOMENTS, TECHFEST, Onam, Cricket Tournaments etc).
